This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and pay XC fees. Medical evaluation forms are due BEFORE your athlete attends the first practice. Other documentation will be due in July.
CHANGE FOR 2023: GAPPS is changing their registration process this year and families will register directly through the GAPPs website. All athletes will need to upload their Declarations of Intent to Homeschool, and new GAPPS athletes will also need to upload their birth certificates and GAPPS forms. GAPPS registration will be available in July, and more info will be provided when available.

Starting on July 10th

Mondays (all), Tuesdays (all), Thursdays (all), and Saturdays (Varsity only)
In addition, Varsity will practice on the following Saturdays: 6/17, 6/24, and 7/1
(details will be sent out to rostered team members)
Note: All runners are encouraged to run during June in order to build aerobic base and acclimate to the heat. Do NOT wait until JULY!! Reach out to your coaches if you have not seen a plan yet.
2023 Fees (includes $25 eagles fee (paid per athlete once per academic year) and the sportsengine fees):
$165 Varsity (9th-12th grade)
$115 MS (6th-8th grade)
$90 JR (3rd - 5th grade)
(NO FEES WILL BE CHARGED DURING THIS SESSION. YOU WILL RECIEVE AND INVOICE WITHIN THE WEEK FOR THE COST.)
NOTE: Each athlete will be required to register with and pay a $15 registration fee directly to GAPPS in July. XC fees have been reduced by this amount, so the overall costs should be the same as last year.
